Refund and Returns Policy

Because we know just how hard it is to get the size.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation on Order Policy

At Vesto, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you, so we have created a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel an order within a certain time frame without having to worry about returning the items.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide your order number.

If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our regular return policy if you wish to return any items.

Return policy

We take great care in ensuring that our products are of good quality. However, if you receive a product of wrong size from us, we will exchange it for you. Please follow the steps below to initiate the exchange process:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to report the issue. You can do this by emailing us at or by calling us  +919999999999. Please include your order number and a photo of the wrong product in your email.

We will review your request and if the problem is from our side, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.

You must return the wrong product to us within 5 days of receiving the exchange instructions. We will not be able to process your exchange if the product is not returned to us within this time frame.

Once we receive the product, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Please note that we only offer exchanges for products with size issue and do not provide refunds.

Please also note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the damage to the product is deemed to be caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.

Customized Product Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please make sure to double-check all measurements and specifications before placing your order to ensure that you receive the correct item.

If there is a mistake or defect in the customization, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy:
1. We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs. 999.
2. For orders below Rs. 999, shipping rate will be charged.
3. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
4. We ship to all major cities and towns in India. However, we do not currently ship to remote areas that are not serviceable by our shipping partners.
5. We use reliable courier partners for all our shipments, and you can track your order status through our website.

Delivery Policy:
1. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping.
2. In case of any delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
3. We will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is not successful after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
4. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
5. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
